Our team has not only collaborated with prestigious clientele within remarkable spaces such as the Guggenheim Museum, American Museum of Natural History, Madison Square Park, Brooklyn Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Denver Art Museum to create public art and exhibits, but we have also been entrusted with fabricating private commissioned art, shrouded in secrecy, for discerning patrons.
ShowFab worked with artist Corniela Parker to build a replica of the mother’s house from the movie Psycho and erect it on the rooftop of the Met Museum. At her request we bought a dilapidated barn in upstate New York. Disassembled it and repurposed the lumber to clad the house. All of the house’s “red” wood is the original barn siding, all of the “white” wood was from the barn interior milking stalls.
