We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager to enrich our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the fabrication of diverse projects across various sectors, including Television, Broadway, Live Events, Exhibits, Art Fabrication, and Experiential markets.
As a Project Manager with ShowFab, you will serve as the cornerstone of client interaction and project coordination, responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact over the course of project, Cultivating Client Relationships & Pursuing Sales Opportunities
- Using designer provided documentation to assemble preliminary Project Fabrication Estimates using SAGE100 software.
- Leveraging an understanding of industry standard construction techniques to offer Cost-effective Fabrication Solutions.
- Mobilizing both in-house and external resources to keep projects aligned with goals, schedules, and financial parameters, in partnership with cross-departmental team members.
- Leading and propelling the ShowFab team toward project completion, including coordination with various trades & designers, budget and schedule monitoring, on-site installation management, and project finalization.
- Implementing top-tier industry methodologies and standards from start to finish of every project.
- Managing multiple projects at various stages of development simultaneously.
What we expect from you:
- A track record with a minimum of 5 years in entertainment fabrication or an adjacent sector
- Superlative organizational acumen.
- An aptitude for managing multiple tasks efficiently, understanding how to best prioritize and delegate under tight project and schedule demands.
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- The capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SAGE100 and ACAD knowledge considered a bonus.
- A passionate commitment to creating exceptional scenic pieces in tandem with our dedicated team.
- Availability to work onsite at our Fairfield, NJ facility.
